Sweet Potato Casserole

A delicious sweet potato casserole, easy to make, goes great with ham or roast.

Ingredients:
2 large cans yams (can use 4 - 5 med. sweet potatos - cooked)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup (Karo)
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter

TOPPING

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter

Directions:
Whip the first 5 ingredients until creamy. Pour into large casserole dish.
Mix the TOPPING ingredients (it will be thick - can add about 1 tsp. of water if desired). Spread over casserole. Bake in 350 degree, pre-heated oven - uncovered - for appr. 30 minutes or until top is nicely browned. ENJOY!!
